It is a fun ride with quirky and likeable characters. Both the visual art and the music walk hand-in-hand in a perfect balance, creating this beautiful "goofy noir" ambience.
Max as a protagonist is hilarious, and the whole point of the game is somhow touching AF. Like, legit, it's beautiful.
I think this is a strong contender for best game in the... let's call it Matallaverse.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to restore the balance of the universe elsewhere.
This is great! Quirky and silly, but with a bit of depth as well. Amazing use of Ren'py, from image maps to mini games and inventory. Loved the noir intro and feel of the game. I will be checking out some of your other games too. Thanks for your hard work on this!
